Jeanie F. Dockray was a resident of Pine Point Park for most of her life and loved visiting her camp on Northwood Lake. The lake was her special place where she could relax, enjoy the peace of the lake, and spend time with her family. Jeanie loved the lake, and took pride in keeping it clean and safe.
The Sawicki Family, who are lifelong friends of Jeanie, have formed the Jeanie F. Dockray Scholarship Committee to award a one-time scholarship of $500.00 in Jeanie’s memory. This scholarship will be awarded to a deserving Pine Point member in good standing or relative of a Pine Point member in good standing who plans to pursue, or is currently pursuing higher education (college courses or any post high school training or trade program).
Interested applicants should complete the application and submit it along with a minimum 500 word
essay. In your essay, please tell us a story about Northwood Lake and how the lake has had an impact on you.
